How to add a new user
- Login to venue (via Root) username: kbest
- Search for venue
- Click "users" tab
- "add user to company"
- First Name:
- Last Name:
- Username:
- Password:
- EmailAddress:
- Notify?: (don't click this box)
- Save

- Click "permissions" tab
- "add permission profile"
- Set Name: (copy naming convention used on other user's permission profiles
- Visible in UI?: click box
- Click "users" tab
- Click on new user's link
- Add permission profiles
- Look @ other users to see which ones to select
- Every user should have this permission profile: "all users"
- If "AB" is listed on permission profile, indicates it's related to address book
- AB basic (add to all users)
- Click on corporate level to see additional permission profiles

Click on "Users" tab, then look at permission profiles listed for each user.

After setup is complete, click reset / send new user email.
