Corporate Reporting (aka “Corporate Hack”)

• In mapdata list:

    * the specific calendar and id that is feeding information into the bucket
    * the reporter contact (usually the GM) and the EB contact that the report is run under (include id's)
    * which buckets the calendar is added to 
    * calendar shadowing yes/no
    * venue capacity

• Secret keys and bucket names are in LastPass

• To request a new bucket, contact Thomas.

• corporate-hack-test-user was created for QA testing.

• The ProArena demo account on ebmain is set up with corporate calendar view and can be used for demo'ing the feature as well as for screenshots for venues.

Corporate Buckets

Each corporate client has a different number of buckets depending on their corporate structure:

• ACE Theatrical - one bucket, accessed by:

• AEG – each geographic entity has one bucket
