  • Appears to be multiple customers using Core - I checked 313 Presents and they have the same issue
  • I checked some Pro/Premier accounts and the issue seems to be only related to Core accounts
  • Live Entertainment is properly selected for the appropriate event types on their account.

  • Momentus Elite Feature Summary by Tier still shows that Core accounts should have Announce / On-Sale dates.

  • Yes, I checked the A - SE Demo - Core Tier account and the Announce / On-Sale dates are missing there too
• Troubleshooting steps already taken
  • Verified several events
  • Verified event types with “Live Entertainment” selected in System Admin > Events
