Elizabeth Fox can you take a look at this when you get a chance? This ticket is now a few days old so I'd like to get an answer back to the customer. Thank you!

Hi Michael! I don't believe that is a bug - Core customers do not have Live Entertainment, and since the Core tier is being deprecated, they will have it when they upgrade to Pro with the new packaging at the next renewal period.

My guess is that chart you found in the KB may be old/outdated?  I'm not sure why we would show On-Sale and Announce Dates or Live Entertainment flags if the customer doesn't have access to that feature.  Unless there's some historical context I'm missing here - perhaps folks like Kristi Miles or Amber Lough  or Hayley Burkhardt  may know?

Thanks Elizabeth. They do have dates already on their calendar but I see that they have always been Core. Below is a screenshot showing that they already have a Jeff Dunham date on their calendar for July 13th:

Hey Elizabeth – Michael Becker is correct. Announce/On-Sale Dates were a part of all tiers of Elite and are shown as a separate option on the tier summary: https://elitesupportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/18173681169687-Momentus-Elite-Feature-Summary-by-Tier. A lot of arenas/stadiums used this feature when utilizing Core, without needing the full Live Entertainment functionality so I don't believe KB is outdated in this case.

Thanks!  Sounds like you can raise a bug through support then.
