Because Documentus indexes not only the Documentus platform but all customer-facing knowledge bases and the Learning Center, any search is going to return a ton of results. Because of this, you're going to have to search a little differently than on the product sites.
- Type in the search bar and hit enter. Rarely will you get good results from the results that display as you type - there's just too much "stuff".
- Once you've hit enter and you're on the search page, use the boxes across the top to specify where you are searching: knowledge base, Learning Center, or product forums.
- If you selected Knowledge Base, use the categories and sections list on the left side to narrow your search, especially if you're searching for something in Elite or WeTrack.
- The category and section names are the same as the ones on the various knowledge bases. Knowing what those are called (because Elite and Enterprise ones especially are similarly named) will help you out.
Some other tips:
- Search specifically first, then broaden if you don’t see what you need.
- Use quotes when searching multiple words, such as “payment plan” instead of payment plan.
- Refine your search to narrow things down.
