Summary

A new hub environment was recently created for the Salt Palace deployment, with both Salt Palace Convention Center and Mountain America Exposition Center successfully associated as child sites. While the hub structure appears to be configured correctly, incidents created at the child-site level are not rolling up to the hub as expected.

Issue Description

Incidents created within the child sites are not appearing when viewed from the hub account.

Although the site hierarchy appears to be configured correctly, the hub does not display incident records originating from either child site.
