Role Descriptions Not Being Displayed against Role in System Admin

    • In System Admin, it is possible to add a description to a Role. Previously, the description was displayed underneath each role name. Now the user has to select the role in order to be able to visualise the role's description

  • Steps to reproduce the issue
    • Step 1 - Go to System Admin and click on Roles
    • Step 2 - Select a Role to check if it has a description
    • Step 3 - If there is no description on the role, add one and save
    • Step 4 - Check to see if the description is shown under the role name
      • The descriptions used to display under the role name
  • Expected behavior
    • Descriptions should display under the role name

    • Adding a new role with a description

    Hello, this would not have been an intentional change.  It could have been something missed with the Vue3 upgrade - however, I'm not seeing it in Demo.

    This is working for me as expected in Demo account account-1420-A

    I'll let Product/ Elizabeth Fox respond on if this was an intended change with the release and should be product feedback or if Support should create a bug

    Hi Elizabeth Fox – Prior to the release, the description would show under the Role without having to click into it. Your screenshot shows you having to click on the role in order to see the description. Below is a screenshot of how the role description used to appear on Roles.

    Ah, I see, thanks Michelle!

    And no, that's still not intentional.  The Vue3 upgrade shouldn't have altered this behavior, so this would be a bug.
