- One customer but recreated in Paige, Hayley, and Amber's Demo accounts

- No - caught on client call about Booking Portal

What’s the problem?
- I received a red snack bar stating “An error occurred while processing your request” when attempting to save a newly created email template and creating a Booking Portal site. The system would not create and save either request.

Is the issue reproducible?
- Yes

If reproducible, where?
- Demo (Also recreated by Hayley and Amber)
- Demo/Staging/Pitstop Account - account-10060-A
- Demo/Staging/Pitstop Event ID - In System Admin (not event related)

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Navigate to System Admin, under Emails. Hit the plus button to create a new email template.
- Enter the required information into all fields. Hit save to create new template.
- Error appears.

- Error appears.

Expected behavior
- It is expected the slider will save and close, creating a new email template or new booking portal site.

Troubleshooting steps already taken
- I tried to reset the site multiple times.
- The customer tried on their account and they received the same errors.
- I tried in my Demo account and received the same errors.
- Amber and Hayley also received the same errors testing for me.
