Filter Confidential Risks
Description of the issue: Filter Confidential Risks for executive presentations
Zendesk Ticket Number: 386338
Account name: FIFA
Region: EMEA
Client version: 77.2
Reproduction steps:
1. Go to Risk > Risks & Issues.
2. Click on Filters and notice that there is no way to filter by confidentiality.
Observed Results vs Expected Results: No filter for Confidential Risks vs Filter for Confidential Risks
What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Client would like to export the Confidential Risks in order to insert these details in their executive presentations with their senior management.
Business impact if not resolved: This is needed on monthly basis, and they have over 600 risks added in this period of time, which means it takes a lot of manual work
Hi team,
User has reached out as they are in need of this new filtering. One of their colleagues has suggested that building a risk report, add “Privacy Status” as a column and sort by it so open appears on the top could be used as a workaround, but this still doesn't filters out the non-confidential risks from the report. Could you please confirm if this should be treated as an enhancement request or if there is any other workarounds that we are missing here?

I think the sorting by privacy on a report would allow them to quickly delete all confidential risks once it's been exported, and probably better than the hacky workaround that I thought of, which is to create a user without permission to confidential risks and log in to that user to run the export (I have not tested that, btw).
Vernica Lodha Any other workaround ideas? I'm assuming the filter would be an enhancement request.

Thats right, @... . Brava, Linda. WT SME in the house.
Luiza Thummerer Doing this via reports would be a much easier solve for this team. They just need to add the privacy column on the All Risks & Issues report and then use plain old excel filtering.
