Missing Incident History?

- Description: On incidents, we seem to be missing history on when the incident was created. We noticed this missing in archived incidents.
- Business Impact: The team will archive incidents overtime but still need the historical thread. Upon further investigation, we are unable to see all history from intial creation to finalization or completion of the incident.

Reproduction Steps
- Archive incident
- Locate archived incident
- Look at history, missing creation
Verification
- Reproduced on: Hayley Site
- Notes: Behavior seems inconsistent. I am not able to replicate every time this occurs.
Behavior Description
- Actual Outcome: Missing full incident history.
- Expected Outcome: Regardless of archiving, full history should be included but seems limited after 10 entries? Is this expected behavior?
