Risk Profile Questionnaire Answers Missing

Issue Summary

• Description: Answers on the Risk Profile Questionnaire do not appear within the system itself. The only way to see the previously-entered answers is to download the risk profile report.
• Business Impact: Renders the customer unable to find data previously entered without downloading the report. It also is confusing because the customer could potentially think they had not answered the question.

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to the Risk Profiles window then open a risk profile
2. In the Questionnaire section, enter answers into a few of the fields.
3. Notice that once the answer is entered, it is not displayed in the system. The field still says “Select Answer”

Behavior Description

• Actual Outcome: The answers are used to calculate the risk profile, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to see the answers to the risk profile questions except for downloading the report.
• Expected Outcome: I would expect there to be some way that the previously-entered answers could be seen without downloading the report each time.
