Setting Resource Time Slots outside of Function Dates and Times for certain Items

• Description of the issue: Certain items should be available for ordering during Move In or Move Out of the event
• Account name: Bella
• Region: EMEA
• Client version: 25.4

• Steps to reproduce:
  - Create a Resource with Time Slots

  

  - Create an item delivery schedule with 0 Days Before Event Move-In and assign it to the Resource

  

• Observed results vs Expected results: 
  • Actual Result: the Dates on the Resource Time Slot only respect the Function Dates (5/6/7 July 2026 as per below screenshot).
  • Expected Result: the Dates on the Resource Time Slot would respect the Delivery Schedule Configuration in terms of Date (x number of days before/after,….)
• What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Certain items should be available during Move-In/Out periods, while others should not be available then.
• Business impact if not resolved: Right now the team creates two events, one for the whole event and one for the exhibition to have different dates/times when items can be ordered. This messes up statistics/reports and creates a lot of duplicate effort.

  I have not ventured in to the world of time slots, but tagging Martin Wooding to see if they have input as they have raised bug ticket around this in the past. I can help with if there is a bug :)

  Sarah Götza have you look at resource cut offs?  Not sure it will work, but worth checking.  
  Also do you have Use Dates and Times for Item Selection active on the price list item?
