Rate & Review Prompt Appearing During Incident Creation

Description: While actively entering incident data, a “Rate & Review” prompt appeared mid-entry.
Business Impact: Customer feedback shared that this disrupts workflow during live event documentation and creates user frustration. During high-intensity events (PD/Medical heavy), interruptions pose operational risk.

Actual Outcome: Review prompt appears during active data entry.
Expected Outcome: Review prompts should not interrupt active incident creation workflows. If necessary, they should trigger post-session or outside of critical workflows upon first logging in or logging out.

Hi Vernica, apologies I didn't see this until just now. The customer described it as a feedback pop up prompting the customer to rate and review their experience on the app but it popped up while they were data. Customer gave feedback that was disruptive.

This is from Pendo and is a one-time thing that should not be triggered repeatedly. Not a bug.
