Unable to import a Task Group - when the associated Project name contains an “&”

Issue Summary

Description: Users are unable to import a Task Group when the associated Project name contains an “&”. The system error does not indicate that special characters are unsupported in Project titles. I would like to confirm with Product whether the system supports the use of “&” and other special characters in Project names.

Business Impact: This behavior creates confusion during data imports and may lead to user errors or failed imports.

Reproduction Steps

Log into: https://supportteam.wetrack.com/ > Login: I used my support user credentials
Navigate to Planning > Projects & Tasks > Click Add to create a new Project
In the Add Project window, enter a Title containing "&" > Add a date and owner, then click Save & View Details > The Project will be created
Click your avatar in the side menu bar and select Settings > Imports & Exports > New Import Items > Select "Task groups" from the Choose import type dropdown
Click "Download Task group import template (XLSX)" > Enter test data in the template, ensuring the Project Title column matches the Project title containing “&”. See screenshot ImportTaskGroup1.png
Click upload file and select your file > Click Open > A warning message appears: "Provided Title (...&...) for Project Doesn't exist in the system"
If the Project Title is updated to replace “&” with “and”, the import succeeds.A recording with detailed steps is attached: ImportTaskGroupRecording.mp4

Notes: I am unable to log into the customer’s production site for this client.

Behavior Description
Actual Outcome: The system fails to locate Projects whose titles contain “&” during Task Group import. The error message doesn't reflect that the title contains special characters.

Expected Outcome: Support Project titles containing “&”, or Display a clear validation error informing users that “&” is not allowed in Project titles.
