Subtask Tag Not Updating in API

Issue Summary

• Description: FIFA is reporting that they tagged a subtask under a certain tag then removed it, but the API is still showing the subtask as tagged.
• Business Impact: Incorrect information if the subtask is appearing under an irrelevant tag.

• Reproduction Steps

1. Using the Governance Meeting tag, we had initially tagged this subtask under “FWC26 Executive Team Meeting.” We then removed the tag, but it keeps showing up in the API as tagged. We found a workaround, which is to remove the first tag and then tag the subtask under a different Governance Meeting tag (e.g., “FWC26 Operations Integration Meeting”) for the initial tag to go away from the API. However, if we then remove the second (and only) tag, the API will still show the original tag.

Behavior Description

• Actual Outcome: Subtask that was previously linked to a specific tag but removed is still showing as tagged in the API.
• Expected Outcome: Would expect that once a tag is removed from the subtask, the subtask would not appear as tagged in the API.
