Does Epayment link in email expire

    My expectation is that the link by default will expire after 120 days.

    If you wanted to adjust this - there is a parameter

    Payment Portal Link Expiration Days

    You can enter a numeric value to set this to a different value if desirable and this is designed to be respected for payment portal and e-Payment.

    Hey Rob Rebman , not sure if this is what you're looking for or not, but in the KB article Embed Anonymous Payment Portal Links into Email Templates, it mentions this: “By default, the generated link is valid for 20 days. To override the default expiration date for the link, update organization parameter AR PY1 to specify the number of days. It is not recommended to extend this to anything longer than necessary.”

    Heather Lightsey Do you know if the payment portal link ever expires? Is there a limited time to use it before it stops working? Based on my understanding, the regular portal link shouldn’t expire since it requires a login but I have a customer saying when they send the link to a customer and they wait more than 7 days the link is broken

    Andrea Diaz Kowalski I'm not 100% sure, but I would think that yes, it would follow the same expiration timeline set by the same parameter. Cathy Herrick , could you advise?

    Andrea Diaz Kowalski  - if the payment link is generated through a template using the Insert Momentus Link then I think the same expiration rules apply as the article Heather shared - regardless if anon access or use of login.

    However if someone was forwarding the straight link directly copied from the payment portal config (like in below screenshot) without using a template, then I am not sure if there is an expiration for that - @... or Ryan Ungerboeck , do you have any insight into a direct link to payment portal's expiration?

    We will need to have an engineer step through and determine if there's an expiration when forwarding the direct link from the payment portal config.
