Remove/Restrict Paste Indented Option

Situation: Vancouver CC is running into issues where some users are selecting Paste Indented rather than Paste After when pasting functions. They are wanting to remove the Paste Indented field completely. For now, they have changed the dictionary phrase to say "DO NOT USE." I do not see an element for Paste Indented on the Element Mapping window. Is there a way to disable this, or would this be an enhancement request?

  Correct, this would be an enhancement request.  The element (cPASTE_AFTER_INDENT) is a radio button control so both options are contained within that element.
