Most Enterprise environments are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). For various business reasons, though, there are a few clients who are hosted on Azure, Microsoft's cloud computing platform. There are only a few clients using Azure.
Our AI features (Ask Mo, Smart Imports, etc.) are hosted on AWS. Costs for this in Azure are much higher; because of this AI features are not available in environments hosted in Azure and will not be available in the future.
