When you log in to a DocuSign account in VenueOps, where you are logging in to will depend on which VenueOps environment you are in. This is set in the server configuration so this isn't something you can see anywhere in the app. To help you out, here's where each environment is pointing:
- NA/CA/EU/AP/Sandbox: These point to the commercial, "real" DocuSign that our clients use. You will need to use a "real" DocuSign account. There are no free plans.
- Demo/Staging/QA/INDV: These environments point to the developer/sandbox DocuSign. You will need to use a developer account. Several departments have a shared login (recommended), or you can create a free developer account at https://developers.docusign.com/.
- Once you have your dev account set up, you can log into it at https://appdemo.docusign.com/home.
- If you are troubleshooting a client account on one of these environments or if a client is working in Sandbox, they won't be able to use their DocuSign account.
