- OpenAPI credentials can now be created in the app:
- The account will need have the OpenAPI toggled on. You'll find the toggle in the support side on the account slider (along with the other toggles like Live Entertainment, Exhibitor Ordering, Payment Gateway, etc.)
- The credentials tab is located in Sys Admin > Settings > Open API. NOTE: When you create a credential, a pop up appears with the Client ID and Client Secret. Once the pop up is closed you cannot access the Client Secret. As a best practice, do not create credentials for clients! Talk them through it if needed on the phone so they can copy this information directly to their computer. We should not be emailing UN/PW to clients.
- In the public release notes we have not mentioned that Reports and Dashboards can now be accessed on mobile, because then people will expect them to work on mobile. We only exposed the nav items, we didn't implement the mobile version of DevExpress. If you create reports or dashboards for phones, please keep in mind not only the screen size but also the amount of data the browser is trying to load. Mobile phone browsers are slower than desktop computers!
- In the Support app, the user list on an account's slider now sorts with Admins at the top. \( ゚ヮ゚)/
