Reminder - published release notes have "43" in the keywords for easy searching!
- Revenue Streams are no longer required on rooms (this change was due to Essentials). For Professional accounts, per Emma the new best practice will be:
- Create a single rental revenue stream so that when rooms are created, it is applied by default. You can now delay the overall revenue stream discussion until you set up Inventory. If the rental revenue stream needs to be renamed you can do that, or create an additional one and update rooms as needed.
- UngerAuth is replacing EBAccess. Be sure to try to UngerAuth in Staging before release so you don't miss a beat on release day!
- Rob has updated the capsule saved state to include Insights Templates, Genre, Account Tier, and Report Notes.

Essentials
The Essentials version of VenueOps is being introduced as a new path for clients who are currently using the Classic version to transition from Classic to a slimmed down version of VenueOps.
The availability of the new version will be controlled via a a new "Tier" feature in Release 43. Current VenueOps tenants will automatically be transitioned to the Professional tier and will see no change in their functionality. As "Classic" users are transitioned over to VenueOps, they may be assigned to the Essentials tier where the look and feel will be identical to VenueOps and will include the basic components for scheduling and tracking events; however, more advanced tracking and tools such as inventory, pricing and performance tracking will not be available.
The tiers will be managed via the account "Tier" toggle setting. An Essentials tenant can be switched/upgraded to the Professional tier as needed; however, it is not expected that a client would ever go backwards from Professional to Essentials.

Patcher Summary
- All accounts will be patched with the "Professional" Tier
- There is a new setting in Sys Admin > Configuration for the account's template engine. This setting on all accounts will be patched to "Handlebars".
- Room/venue aggregate roots were moved from the accounts app to the meetings app. This will do a few things:
- This moves this information into a tenant-specific database.
- Some development will be easier in the future.
- You may see a small performance boost on pages that were calling the room and venue list from the accounts app. On the other hand, in Sys Admin the list will have to now be called from the meetings app. But since people work much more in meetings app (it's the main app with the calendars, event details, etc), it's worth the trade off.
- Venues that were never sorted may end up in a different order. We've added a note to the release notes for users to contact us to fix that sorting.
- New Genre field: saved views on the event list and calendar views were patched, event details were patched.
- Lots of patching around the template engine and adding information so that existing documents work seamlessly.
