Unverifying Users

Overview

When using saved state or tenant copy, users can remain in an "active" state. If you want to reset them all to Pending, you can use the /tenant-unverify tool.

Instructions

1. Determine the Cluster Code from this page and the source Tenant Id.
2. In Slack, navigate to the #nonprod-automation channel†.
3. In the message box, type /tenant-unverify + SPACE + Cluster Code + SPACE + Tenant Id. Example: /tenant-mangle indv account-2281-A

† If you are working with a production cluster, use the #prod-automation channel. You will need to be authorized.
