Third-Party Conversion Overview

Overview

Conversion for "third-party" tools is mostly similar to Classic conversion. The biggest difference is that the exports are currently done by the Professional Services team members -- we don't yet have self-service tools available. Once the export is done, however, the rest of the process can be managed by the consultant.

Sandbox

You can repeat steps 3-6 as many times as necessary. If the saved state gets too messy, you can clear it and start over again.

Going live

Once the setup and saved state has been approved, the the Professional Services team members perform the final conversion and import into the production cluster.
