Elite Login URLs
There are different environments for Elite. Each of these environments has a customer login URL as well as a separate root access URL. The login URLs are shown below.

Environments
Production
Production is the live application where customers log in. Customers will log in using their email address and a password which they create.
Staging
Staging is a copy of production data, used for troubleshooting issues and testing new releases. Log in information should mirror that on production, although it will only be as up to date as the most recent build. Note that Staging can go down at any time and data can be refreshed without warning.
Demo
Demo is an application dedicated for hosting demo accounts, used for sales demos or to give prospective customers a demo or sandbox environment to use Elite. Login information for the most common demo accounts is shown below.

Pitstop
The pitstop instance is available for NA Prod support teams (other regions to come). - The "pitstop" environments — one for each production cluster — are where customer data can be pulled in temporarily for troubleshooting. It will be automatically cleared out once per week in order to comply with our data retention standards.
Root/Support Access
To access the back end of an environment, add `/rootaccess` to the end of the login URL. If you are logged into your Microsoft account and have the proper access, you should be directed to the root/support side of the application.
If you are logged into Microsoft but are not able to access the root/support side, contact your manager - you may need to be added to the correct Azure AD group.
