Making International Calls

International calling is enabled on our phone system. It requires entering the international call prefix 011, then after entering the number you will be asked to enter a PIN.

1. On your handset, press New Call.
2. Prefix your number for international dialing: 011.
3. Enter the appropriate country code.
4. Enter the phone number.
5. Press Dial.
6. Enter the PIN: 0179.

For example, if you are trying to dial the international: [phone], you would type into the phone: [phone]. Then, when prompted for a PIN: 0179.

• 011 is the international dialing prefix.
• +44 is the country code (for UK).
• 191 260 6007 is the actual number.
• 0179 is the PIN for international calls.
