General:

Business impact if not resolved: Right now we are testing and trying to catch these issues early before we deploy on Aug 24th, but it could be a major issue if a Space Class to Role, OSB to Role or Space to OSB is missed.

Short Summary of issue (issue description): If a Booking Role is added to an OSB, the OSB must have at least one space on it that the BR Role has access to. If a space they can book is missing from the OSB or they haven't been assigned the Space Classes that are associated with the spaces that are on the OSB, it will bork and display all the spaces.

Booking Role: MSB Special Access

Recreation Steps:

Preconditions/assumptions: You must have a user that can access the OSB for Org 60 and it must have the booking role MSB Special Access for testing.

First Scenario:

1. Go to the OSB Configurations page and find MSB Reservable > Copy the shortcut link from the actions menu from this OSB config
2. Paste the shortcut into your browser and then when the page loads, Sign up to create your user (alternatively, you can use my email and password listed above, for testing)
3. In another page/browser go to the Booking Role page and edit the booking role MSB Special Access
4. For the test, ensure that only MSB Special Access Spaces (ID: 61) is present in the Space Class section.
5. Log into the OSB MSB Reservable and note that the availability calendar shows no spaces. Then add an arbitrary attendee number and click search.
6. Note that ALL the spaces for this OSB are available despite not having permission via a role to see them.

Second Scenario:

1. Go to the OSB Configurations page and find MSB Reservable > Copy the shortcut link from the actions menu from this OSB config
2. Paste the shortcut into your browser and then when the page loads, Sign up to create your user (alternatively, you can use my email and password listed above, for testing)
3. In another page/browser go to the Booking Role page and edit the booking role MSB Special Access
4. For the test, ensure that both MSB Special Access Spaces (ID: 61) and MSB MTS Spaces (ID: 69) are present in the Space Class section
5. Log into the OSB MSB Reservable and note that the availability calendar now shows as normal. Add an arbitrary attendee number and click search.
6. Note that not all the spaces are available for viewing, despite being able to view them when only MSB Special Access Spaces is the only Class Space on the Booking Role

Observed vs. Expected Results: Expect that having only MSB Special Access Spaces should result in no spaces being visible, not all the spaces being visible.

What does the client want to accomplish: Only showing the spaces with the appropriately assigned Space Classes the booking role can book
