Feedback regarding the Exhibitor Portal functionality
Refer to Product IdeasBelow is feedback passed on this week by an Exhibitor highlighting functionality restrictions:
“For example, if I need internet access for an exhibition stand across three event days, I am required to submit three separate orders and receive three separate invoices. This issue is compounded with every additional service ordered or every additional stand booked.
To illustrate:
1 stand requiring internet for 3 days = 3 separate orders and 3 separate invoices
2 stands requiring internet for 3 days = 6 separate orders and 6 separate invoices
This creates an excessive and unnecessary administrative burden for exhibitors. A more streamlined ordering process, allowing a single order and consolidated invoice for multi-day services, would significantly improve the customer experience.”
Unfortunately we are receiving an increasing volume of feedback from exhibitors. Whilst our team have been trying to mitigate the impact by placing orders directly into Momentus on behalf of customers, this is not a sustainable long-term solution and defeats the purpose of having a streamlined ordering process intended to enhance the customer experience.
Would appreciate an update on any planned enhancements or potential solutions to address this limitation. Thanks

Hi Philip Bathfield I work with a lot of Convention Centres and Exhibitor Portal and I never heard this comment before. What do they mean with “I am required to submit three separate orders”? Why can they not book an Internet Access for three days? How is the Resource set up?
