Exhibitor cannot be changed in Service Order
- Description of the issue: Exhibitor field changes not applying despite "Changes Saved" message pops-up
- Account name: Svenska Mässan
- Region: EMEA
- Client version: 26.2
- Steps to reproduce:
- From Main Menu go to Service Orders and search Order 728739 → Edit
- In the Exhibitor field change from “NKT (Sweden) AB (402779)” to “NKT (Sweden) AB B07:30 (383762)” → Save - Observed results vs Expected results: While saving, the value changes from “NKT (Sweden) AB B07:30 (383762)” to “NKT (Sweden) AB (402854)”
- What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: They want to move an order from one exhibitor to another one
- Business impact if not resolved: The mismatched data forces the client to manually cancel the order and place new ones.

# Tested Order: 693267, that was originally assigned to the Exhibitor NKT (Sweden) AB B07:30 (383762):
- When I change it to NKT (Sweden) AB (402850) and save, everything works fine.
- When I change it back to NKT (Sweden) AB B07:30 (383762) and save, it also works fine.

Francesco Torchia What are the differences between the order that worked and the one that didn't? Did one have payments? Is one a booth order? Were the orders created differently (back office vs a public app)?

The customer realised that they can’t have two “stand orders” for the same exhibitor. That's why they couldn't change the exhibitor.
