Display As for confidential types does not work

Description of the issue: Display As for confidential types does not work
Account name: Live Nation Australia Venues (Palais, Festival hall, Anita's)
Region: APAC
Client version:
Steps to reproduce:
- Login > Settings > Note that confidential types have ‘Display As’ configured as customer expectation
- Add incident > Select the confidential type > Save
- Note that the ‘Display As’ is not highlighted as expected.
Observed results vs Expected results:
- ‘Display As’ does not display the confidential type
What is the job the client is trying to accomplish:
- Expect to have the configured ‘Display As’ seen for any incident
Business impact if not resolved: Normal
