- Sharing User IDs
- I know this is not recommended; however, if users do share an ID should they both be able to log in at the same time, should only the newer user remain logged in, and the older one be logged out? (Newer = latest to log in, Older = logged in before the newer)

This is expected behavior. Like you said, not best practice but it is possible. One thing to note is that the changes won't always be instant for users logged into the same login. There's no limit to the amount of users in Elite so sharing a login is not best practice.
