🐛 Bug - Events being marked Definite is not being logged

• What’s the problem?
  • When an Event is marked as Definite it isn't being logged on the backend which means it isn't logged in the Activity Log or any Reports/Dashboards that are dependent on that date

• Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Impersonate as Emma Whitlock
  • Go to event-12184-A
  • Change the event status to Confirmed
  • Look at the Event level Activity Log, that isn't logged
  • Look at the Global Activity Log, it isn't logged either
• Expected behavior
  • When an event is marked definite it should be logged as definite and appear in the activity log and reports/dashboards as such
• Troubleshooting steps already taken
  • Checked in MySQL Workbench vw_events_lite and the booked_definite_on is null
