  • What does the client want to do? Why do they want to do this?

    • Login to support site > Click on Profiles > Settings > Imports & Exports > Exports & Update

      

    • Customer has a request if we can do a full export of current system data and asked if they could send back an edited Excel file for import, since the feature is not currently visible or available
• Business impact if not resolved: Normal
