Wanted to post in here to inquire about VOPS-9689. Â Support has received quite a few tickets regarding iCal links losing sync, then going through the inactivate > reactivate > add new ical link to Outlook/Google process. Â This seems to restore the synchranization, but clients are reporting after an unknown amount of time (this particular case was about a week and a half after restoring with synchronization dropping again).
Do you know if there is an amount of time we should expect this links to stay synced?
Would we need an enhancement request to get this iCal links to stay synced longer for clients?
We are hoping you can tell us more about the fix that will be deployed in VOPS-9689 and if it should help the iCal links retain their sync longer.
