Control (AR020_CC_Control)/Transaction ID not availabe in Edit Payment
Description of the Issue:
The client usually copies the transaction ID from CC payments out of the system. Since the last update this is not possible anymore as you can not copy from the grid and in edit payment the field does show in the layout but won't display:

It won't show in edit payment even though it is showing in the grid.

In the Layout you can see that it should be there. I tried removing and adding again but that also did not work.

As of now the client has to type it manually. This is creating problems, since some letters look the same. for example the capital i and the small L (I/l). They need to copy the CC transaction ID for the accounting department.Can you tell how they can do this now or if this is even a Bug?

I'm seeing that field in QE environment.

Is this because they are using a custom gateway maybe? If you test locally with a test payment using a standard gateway, do you see the control field?

I will test that (currently no copy ready) but could you explain why the custom gateway would lead to a field not showing in the backend. As of my first screenshot you see that the Transaction ID which is the value of the control field does show in the payment tab for the registration order.

No idea, just going off of what I could see in the QE environment, where it appears to be working.
