Legacy Room Flow - Distribution and Flow Numbers Do Not Match

Business impact if not resolved: Currently the customer must manually update all the numbers to the Flow if they want to be able to report on room pickup data accurately. Requiring extensive manual work to obtain pickup report numbers.
Short Summary of issue: Legacy Room Flow not working - different numbers on Distribution tab than Flow tab on Event Opportunity

Recreation Steps:
- Sign in as USIADMIN
- From the Sidebar, go to Event Opportunities
- On Event Opportunities, in the Description field, search for "Fortune Fencing ROC/RJCC/RYC" > Locate Event Opportunity with Sequence 4906 > Edit
- Go to the General tab on the Event Opportunity > See that Room Flow Roll-Up field is set to "Yes"
- On the Event Opportunity, go to the Distribution Tab > Note that the Response is "Accepted"
- Show the row totals for the Rooms Pickup column and Room Blocked columns > Note that Rooms Pickup total is 618 and Room Blocked is 885 (see screenshot)
- Next, go to the Flow tab on the Event Opportunity > Also show the row totals for the Rooms Pickup column and Room Blocked columns > Note that the Room Pickup total is 0 and the Room Blocked is 470
- Next, on the Flow tab of the Event Opportunity, click the "Manage Event Opportunity Flow" button (Near the top right of the grid) > See that the Flow numbers here are the same as on the Flow tab
Observed vs. Expected Results: the number from the Distribution Tab should push to the Flow tab if the Room Flow Roll-Up field on the General tab is set to Yes

I feel this is broken. I was under the impression that if you have stuff on the distribution tab and the roll up is set to YES, that it would pull the data over. Andy Zak would just love to look at this I am sure. ;-)

My team no longer works on this, but I agree something is weird here.
