Short Summary of issue (issue description): The customer has reported a performance issue when adding, updating, or deleting service order items. Each of these actions is taking considerably longer than usual, resulting in time delays. Please refer to the attached screen recording provided by the customer for further details.

Recreation Steps:
- In the Main Menu, go to Service Orders
- Edit order 15109
- Open Service Order Items tab
- Click Add Items button
- Search "Service-Ver"
- Add 1 unit for "Service-Verlängerung ab 00.00 Uhr"
- Click Save
- Notice that it takes more than two minutes before the item is added
- Close the Add Service Order Items pane
- Find the Service Order Item that was added and Mark for Delete
- Click Save
- Notice that, once again, it takes almost two minutes before the item is deleted
Observed vs. Expected Results: The process of adding or deleting Service Order Items is taking approximately two minutes, whereas it should normally complete within seconds.
What does the client want to accomplish: The customer aims to expedite the updating of Service Order Items to improve operational efficiency.

Have you been able to replicate this locally? If not, it sounds like something SRE may need to look into. Perhaps they need to add some indexes to their database.

Thank you, Mike Schepker. The behavior is the same on our local copy. Changes are saved, but it takes a long time. Do you think SRE should have a look anyway, or can I send this to Product?
