Bulk Edit / Adding Functions - Should Show on Calendar Auto Populate when 'performance' function type selected to fill field

• What’s the problem?
  • When using bulk edit / add functions, applying in bulk a function type that is set as ‘performance’, the Show on Calendar column is not autopopulated like it is when selected manually.
    • Set up a function type of ‘Performance’ with ‘Performance’ & ‘Show on Calendar’ selected in the configuration
    • On an event, use bulk edit/add to set up multiple functions
    • Use the fill option to set all functions to be ‘Performance’
    • The ‘show on calendar’ option is not populated as expected
    • This has to be done manually or using the fill option to do so

• Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Ensure there is a function type set up as a ‘Performance’ (is called ‘Show’ in this system)
  • Go to an event
  • Go to Detailing
  • Click on the bulk edit/add functions
  • Add multiple functions
  • Select the ‘fill’ option on Function Type
  • Select ‘Show’

  • Click on Fill

     

• Expected behavior
  • Would expect the ‘Show on Calendar’ column to also be populated, as this is what would happen when applying the ‘Show’ function type manually.
• Troubleshooting steps already taken
  • List everything that has been tried to this point
  • Triple checked the function type is set as ‘Show on Calendar’ & as ‘Performance’
• Workaround identified?
  • Yes
  • The user has to remember to populate this manually, else the ‘Shows’ do not show correctly on the calendars

  Elizabeth Fox This sounds like a bug, maybe functionality that was overlooked during development?
