AR Reconciliation does not allow filtering or selection by Book Control
- Description of the issue: AR Reconciliation does not allow filtering or selection by Book Control
- Account name: MCEC (Victorian Convention and Event Trust)

Steps to reproduce:
- Main menu > AR Reconciliation
- Click on filters. Option to filter by Book control is not available.
- But the ‘Security’ field links to the ‘Book control code’ page. We have noted that the Trial Balance and Security fields point to same table.
- Customer wants this to be looked by development team as they wants their users to reconcile the correct book/account based on book control
- They do not want it to be considered as enhancement.
- Advise if the user can filter only by book control

- Field not available in Main (QE) site as well. Please advise if this needs to be reviewed by dev. Suggest any work around

I am almost certain that AR security controls and Book Control Codes are the same? Are they claiming that it doesn't filter or just that the phrase that is used is different?

Please note :
- Main menu > AR Reconciliation > Select the ‘Security’ drop down to select a book code. Note that the filter does not provide any results. Returns only when blank selected.
- Now filter by ‘Aged Trial Balance’ . Note that the filter does not provide any results. Returns only when ALL selected.

We have noted that if the associated account has AR control set to any of the values, then this will be filtered. But customer does not want to make any changes to their accounts.
