Prioritizing SMS when chatting in the incoming reports

Hi Vernica Lodha !

I have been asked if we manage “priority SMS” when chatting in the incoming reports.
I would say no, but I am wondering if there is maybe an option to do it.

Could you please let me know if this is managed ?

  Hi Lea. WeTrack has no way to “prioritise SMS”. What it can do is keyword matching. So admins can setup some keywords like fire, hurt, blood to different incident categories - that way, when the PIR comes in, it can already be attached to an incident category - which could help treat the chat with more gravity.
