ESC images ratio
Refer to SupportMy customer has currently their images in a 4:3 format, but our guide on the support center specifies 3:2.
All images are 1500 × 1125 px. They can change them if needed, but would prefer to use the correct size rather than have them cropped in the system.
Could you please confirm if I should tell them to really follow the instructions from the support center. From their understanding, 4:3 is better suited for mobile devices and is more commonly used than 3:2.

Tragen Herrick posted on Documentus as requested, thank you.

Also linking this ESC article on images:
- 3:2 images are recommended.
- 16:9 images will also work, as the CSS will handle some cropping. This is a common ratio that cameras use.

Thanks Seth, yes I had included this link in my post and that's the post I'm referring to.
The point being that there are some instructions on the support center article that we want to verify just in case the article could be outdated, which can happen.
My customer has currently their images in a 4:3 format.
Should I ask them to change to 3:2 ?

I expect so. It looks like this was also discussed in this documentus post, and the article was updated based on this discussion:
