Release Exhibitor / Floor Plan
AnsweredDescription of the Issue:
When trying to release an exhibitor from a booth in the Floor Plan the client receives the error message:
“You must select 1 reserved booth to release exhibitor”

What exactly triggers this message. When testing this I did not face any issues. Just by trying it with multiple more I eventually also got that message but the message seems to be straight forward as it implies that the booth is not reserved. What is weird though is that the booth has an exhibitor on it. Can an exhibitor be assigned to a booth without the booth being reserved?
When they do the action “Release Booth Proposal” it works just fine but this would corrupt the logic that there is no reserved booth, doesn't it?

What are exactly the settings defining “Release Exhibitor” to work?

Exhibitors with a * are booth proposals. They aren't actually assigned to the booth, they have a proposal for the booth. They need to use the Release Booth Proposal action. Release will only work on exhibitors that are placed on the booth with an active service order tied to it (not proposal).
