API created Service Orders

MECA is asking:
"We need our clients to get a fully itemized invoice from us. I was hoping to a find a way that the A/V company would not need to do a 'full' dual entry in their own software as well as Momentus. Is there any way to import or use an API or AI to read the A/V company's version of an order and translate it into a service order?"
Has something like this been done before where the API pulls information and creates the service order?

Certainly there is an API available for service orders and I would imagine an integration be feasible for someone with an understanding of the service order items API. And they wouldn't be the only ones using the API for this purpose - although TS would need to comment on specific projects they've done
