Resize or Move Ask Mo bubble from the window

Description of the issue
- What does the client want to do? Why do they want to do this?
  - Ask Mo blocking the buttons/links on the window.
  - Ask Mo prompt/bubble that is not movable. The customer would like to make it movable so they can use it without affecting their other work.
  - Also the size also is impacting the view/navigation of the window
  - Customers would like to know if we can Move it? Resize it?
