    Hi Pieter,
Thank you for the feedback and the screenshot, this is very helpful. We completely understand the frustration with the current placement of the AskMo button and have picked this up. We will address it over the coming updates and will keep you in the loop as changes are made.

Pieter Du Plooy Do we have any jira for this issue? If so, can you please provide the same?

  • Akin Jolasinmi

I am considering using a movable ASKMO as opposed to just moving it. I will provide you with the ticket once I conclude with the team.

Yeah, I don't have a Jira, seems Akin has it covered. I noticed last night on my Solar app the AI integration they did. The button can move up and down on the right edge of the screen. If not in use, it becomes translucent and it resets to less that half the size, until you hover or click it.

Maybe ours can be a translucent, movable purple question mark. When you hover your mouse it expands.

But I'm sure you AI guru's are all over it. :)

I agree that a great placement would be in the header bar, and when clicked, AskMo would open as an overlay as it does today.  Maybe for the first few versions after the move, maybe we could add an animation visually showing where the button has moved.

I've let all of my customers know that we are working on a solution for this.

AskMo is now draggable you can click and hold the button to move it to any position on the screen that works best for your workflow. The long-term plan is to place it in the header bar. In the meantime, this gives users full control over where it sits.

Would we be able to make it “stick”, so you don't have to move it with every login? Also, be able to make it smaller and the system remembers the users settings?

We are actively working on the long-term solution, which is to move the AskMo button to the top of the screen so it stays out of the way of the main page content entirely. This is our priority and is targeted for an upcoming release.
