🐛 *Bug* - Adding Bold formatting in Instruction Description creates a return after the Bold ends

• What’s the problem?
• When adding Bold text to instruction description, after the bold ends a return is being created when generating a template. It occurs only when you are not using the new RTF field

• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Add an Instruction to the function
• Make part of a line in the instruction description bold
• Generate an Event Order (I used Event Information Sheet V5)
• As a note, this isn't occurring if you make the whole line bold, just part of a line
• Expected behavior
• There would be no extra returns created
• Troubleshooting steps already taken
  • Generate version in handlebars
  • Generate version in Insights with RTF field
  • Generate version in Insights with non-RTF field
• Workaround identified?
• Yes, add in the new RTF field. However this does happens on Handlebars templates so everyone would need to be converted to Insights first.
