Synchronisation bug (missing objects) for Tahiti 2027
Issue Summary
- Description: Tahiti 2027 is experimenting same issues Arena Group had last year in June/July. Objects created are sometimes not appearing in dropdowns or details page (logs, checklists, departments, categories, tasks groups for eg).
- Business Impact: Customer is implementing WeTrack and they are testing different structurations of their Planning, doing some import. It's time consuming for the customer and putting the adoption at risk.
Vernica had provided a workaround :
- Open the customer site
- Go to ellipsis on the right of your screen to navigate to More Tools > Developer Tools
- Navigate to the Console tab
- Paste GenerateAccountFilters(); and press the enter key

Refresh the site
for us to regenerate from the backend but as customer is not based in the same timezone it makes it difficult to be reactive when they need it.
