EXP - Unit Charge showing as zero
Description of the Issue:
The unit Charge in the Order won't display the Unit Charge correctly.

As the Total gets still calculated correctly I checked the display options for the resource and changed stuff around but this had no effect.
They initially had all unchecked and I tried with all checked and also just partly checked:

What else could be the reason here?

Dominik Obelöer Can you provide a local site and event information so I can poke around?

Mike Schepker you had a chance to look further into it?

I think it's because this is a package and it's set to use detailed pricing and EXP only displays the pricing of the header record, which would be 0 until a number is entered, then it calculates the pricing based on the items in the package and quantity entered. If they weren't using detailed pricing and the pricing was on the header record, I believe it would be displayed.

Mike Schepker I had a call with the client and somehow we just hit another wall here.
We took out the detailed pricing and wanted to see if it then will show correctly in the EXP but once we deactivated detailed pricing for it, it was not possible anymore to see Extended Charge - it just remained zero.
The call was recorded (I shared the Recording with you).

Dominik Obelöer Have you reached out to the Tier 3 person for your region to help you with this?
What is different between this package and a package that does show the pricing correctly?
-
I was digging a bit more myself and was thinking if it might be rooted in this setup

I could not test atm as I have no DB ready but passed it for testing to the client to see what happens when they change it to price being based on the amount ordered.
-
Dominik Obelöer I think you're onto something here. I didn't think to look at volume pricing.
-
I would like to mention, that this issue is happening only when the sales add the order from the back office it doesn't happen when the exhibitor adds the order themselves through EXP
-
I found this post, but it is about OSB https://documentus.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/32044019063575
We haven't had a response on whether volume pricing is supposed to work on the other portals.@... Wondering if you have heard anything about this or will we need to pull in product?
-
I have not - I would recommend asking product.
