volume pricing doesn't apply to spaces on the OSB

Hi !

I have tried to test volume pricings on spaces on the OSB, but is seems not to work.
I have heard from a consultant that it doesn't work for orders on the OSB, I was wondering if spaces had a different behaviour ?

Also, if it is not working on the OSB, could you please explain me why so that I can explain it as well to our customer ?

    (edit : the pricing scheme article says it should work on the OSB, but I have been told it doesn't and when testing it, I can't make it work either… could you please confirm me whether it should work or not ?)

    Hi Seth Halvaksz - Could you please let me know whether this is a bug or working as designed ?

    - If it's a bug, then I'll create a ticket

    - If it's not, is it possible to edit the support article on the pricing scheme and let me know why so that I can explain this limitation to our customer ?

    Léa Bourgeois  what is the customer trying to accomplish with volume price spaces? What is their use case?

    It is their pricing policy. If you book a space for one day, it is x euros. if you book it for more than one day, the first day is at x euros, and the following ones are going to be 50% of x euros (for instance, because they don't need to do the installation on the following days and they don't charge installation separately.).

    This can be done in the back-office but not in the OSB

    This is marked as answered, but Carissa Harrison can you can confirm if this is a bug or working as intended? I don't want to update the Pricing Scheme article if it's a bug. I'll need to know if it's supposed to work in any of these: Online Space Bookings (OSB), Exhibitor Service Center (ESC), Suite Management, Event Portal (EP) and Order Processing (OP).

    Léa Bourgeois  This is working as intended there is currently no volume pricing in OSB. Please submit this & their use case for it to Product Feedback. 

    Dynamic pricing may work or using two configs with two separate price lists. Any work around right now will be manual.

    Carissa Harrison I'll need to update the article - does volume pricing/price schemes work in Exhibitor Service Center (ESC), Suite Management, Event Portal (EP) and Order Processing (OP)? Online Event Ordering uses Order Processing, so if it's not working there I'll need to update the OEO docs as well.
