Cannot disable rounding on resource decimals

4. Recreation Steps:
Preconditions/assumptions: Recreate in Organisation 33 (MEETT - Formation (Jan26))

1. In the Main Menu, go to Service Orders
2. Edit service order 62712
3. Open Service Order Items tab
4. Notice that the base rate of item "Flûte à champagne (par 36, en verre)" is rounded
5. In the Main Menu, go to Price Lists
6. Edit price list Test Weshop
7. Open Price List Items tab
8. Search "Flûte" and notice the Base Rate and Standard Price are both 15.4956
9. Edit the item "Flûte à champagne (par 36, en verre)"
10. Click Actions > Tools > Pricing Calculations
11. Uncheck Recalculate Standard Price and click Save
12. Notice that a message indicates that changes were saved successfully
13. Click Actions > Tools > Pricing Calculations again
14. Notice that Recalculate Standard Price is still checked 

Expected behavior/outcome: customer expects the price to be displayed as configured on Resources, without rounding.
