% Completed on a Task does not Automatically Update
Issue Summary

Description:
- When a Task is set to complete, the % complete does not automatically update to 100%. When sub-tasks linked to the task are completed, the % complete does not automatically update to an appropriate % based on the number of sub-tasks linked to the task.
- Business Impact: The users have to remember to do this manually when any task/sub-task is completed.

Reproduction Steps
- Go to Planning
- Go to Projects & Tasks
- Select a Project
- Select a Task Group
- Select a Task
- Mark the task as completed - the % completed on the right is not updated
- Select a Sub-task
- Mark the sub-task as complete - the % completed on the right is not updated
- The % completed has to be done manually at the moment

Behavior Description
- Actual Outcome: No change is made to the % completed
- Expected Outcome: The % completed on the task should be autopopulated depending on whether the whole task has been marked as completed/% of subtasks that have been completed

They do update automatically - u need to refresh the page to see the change.

The % Complete does not update for the client on a task -
this never existed, Duncan. The %completion is a manual field that the user can select from the dropdown if they like. The automation is only linking status of the sub-task <> status of the task
