Risk Module: Issue/Risk/Opportunity Label at the top of the form does not update automatically

- When a Risk is changed to an Issue, the label still says ‘Risk’ until the user either refreshes the screen or clicks on ‘back’, goes to issues and selects the item

Reproduction Steps
- Go to Risks
- Go to Risks and Issues
- Select a Risk or an Issue
- Change it to an Issue or a Risk
- The label at the top does not change
- You have to refresh or click on ‘back’, then go to Issues or Risks to select the item to see the change

not a bug, and the way the system is currently designed, they would have to refresh the page to see latest changes. We cannot change without a reload.
